Although we don't foresee this happening, if you don't love your July, we offer a 30-day money back guarantee. This means that you can return your July within 30 days of your order date.

Please note that returns must be sent back in their original packaging if possible and accessories that have been customized or opened/used are non refundable or returnable.

Please note, the original shipping fee, Route package protection insurance, and Clyde extended warranties are strictly non-refundable. We do charge at-cost for return shipping, and this will be deducted from your refund. 

We are unable to refund July A/Cs that were bought on sale, as all sale products are final sale.
