When the Sleep setting active, your July will automatically adjust the temperature to become gradually warmer throughout the night. The set temperature will automatically raise by 1° every 30-60 minutes.

If you like it cold when you sleep, you can ignore this function and use Cool Mode to set the room to your desired temperature.
