In Eco mode, your A/C will regulate your room's temperature according to the temperature you select. In Eco, you'll notice the July turn on and off.  This is the compressor and fan motor running in alternating cycles to help save energy and reduce your impact, while also keeping you comfortable.

Please keep in mind that the temperature is recorded by a sensor located inside your A/C unit. You may want to set your desired temperature lower than expected in order to maintain your desired temperature throughout your full space.
