We're so sorry to hear you're having an issue with turning your July on. Here are a few things to try before contacting us:

1. Turn off and unplug your July.
2. Wait 60 seconds, plug your July back in, and press 'Test' then 'Reset' on the power cord. 
3. Turn your July back on. 

Please note that the July is not designed to be operated when the outdoor temperature is 40° or lower.
