How does your carbon offset program work?Updated a year ago

We partner with CarbonFund.org to offset the emissions from the first year of use for every July we sell.

We calculate the emissions by determining the typical energy consumption of a July A/C in one year (in reality, this will vary from person to person and place to place). We then use a calculator provided by CarbonFund.org to determine how many credits we need to buy for each A/C.
